Hammond, who paid a brief visit to Tripoli, reaffirmed his country's
support to Libya and its sovereign institutions.
We will extend technical support to Libyan sovereign institutions
the National Oil Company, the Central Bank of Libya and the
Investment authority to pursue their work, Hammond told a press
conference here on Monday.
We launched a operation to confront illegal migration, and we look
forward to re-opening of our embassy in Tripoli shortly, he said.
