Tripoli, 7 December 2021 (Lana) The Libyan Joint Military Commission 5+5 is holding a meeting in Moscow on Wednesday on a plan for withdrawal of mercenaries and foreign troops from Libya.

  The charge d'affaires of the Russian Embassy to Libya, Jamshed Poltayev, told Russia's Sputnik news agency the military commission would discuss in Moscow the withdrawal of mercenaries and foreign troops from Libya.

The Joint Military Commission 5+5 has held meetings in Ankara over the past two days.
