Ministry of Local Government launches projects of a local nature designed to digital transformation, e-governance.

 Tripoli, 1 December, 2021 (Lana) - The Ministry of Local Government launched a system of projects of a local character within the projects of the Digital Transformation Programme and the Ministry’s plans to advance this sector and support projects in various municipalities.

 The launch of the system was attended by the Ministry's advisor for financial and economic affairs, director of the Office of Local Development and Projects, director of the digital transformation programme in the ministry, and a number of mayors of municipalities.

 The system aims to improve the level of work of project offices in municipalities, facilitate the follow-up process for the completion stages, and reduce paperwork.

 It is noteworthy that this step comes within the framework of the orientation of the Government of National Unity and the Ministry of Local Government towards digital transformation and the establishment of e-governance.
