The Elections Commission declares branches in Tripoli- Benghazi-Sabha as chosen home for submission of appeals to (appeals committee).

 Tripoli, 24 November 2021 (Lana) The High National Election Commission has announced to stakeholders that its branches and offices within the jurisdiction of the appeals courts in (Tripoli, Benghazi, Sabha, Al Khums, Misrata, Al-Beidha, Tobruk, Zawiya, and Grian), are the chosen home for submitting appeals to the (Appeals Committee), and its branches in Tripoli- Benghazi-Sabha are the chosen home for appeals (appeals committee).

The Commission explained that article (48) of Law No. (1) of 2021, on the election of the President and determination of his powers, indicates that the appeal of the commission's procedures and decisions shall be within (48) hours of the date of the decision or the implementation of the procedure.

 This announcement is part of the Commission’s preparations for the appeals of the Commission's procedures, and the publication of the preliminary list of presidential candidates.
