HNEC electoral administrations continue to receive candidates for presidential elections.

Tripoli, 22 November, 2021 (Lana) - The offices of the three electoral administrations in Tripoli, Benghazi and Sebha continued this morning, Monday, to receive more candidates who officially submitted applications and files for their candidacy for the presidential elections.

 A source at the Electoral Commission told the Libyan News Agency that the number of candidates for the presidential elections who officially applied since the opening of admission until Sunday evening up to Monday noon reached 75 candidates, and the number is still increasing as times goes by.

 On Monday morning, the three electoral administrations received applications of many presidential candidates. The process of receiving candidacy applications is continuing today. As result of the high number of presidential candidates, HNEC has to postpone to Tuesday, a press conference scheduled for Monday afternoon to mark the last day of submission of presidential candidacy applications.
