Tobruk, 27 October, 2021 (Lana) - A number of members of the Women and Child Affairs Committee in the House of Representatives held a meeting with the head of the High National Elections Commission, Imad al-Sayeh, in the presence of a number of members of the House of Representatives, at the headquarters of the House of Representatives in Tobruk, during which a number of issues related to the participation of women were discussed. in coming elections.

Head of Women and Child Affairs Committee, Intissar Sheneeb, said that the meeting discussed raising the awareness of women (housewives) of the importance of receiving the electoral card to ensure their participation in the upcoming elections, which is a solidarity responsibility that rests with the committee, as well as civil society institutions, women's unions, and commission centers spread throughout Libya.
