Turkish Foreign Minister Reaffirms at Meeting with Libyan Counterpart Turkish Continued Support for Libya.

Ankara, 14 October 2021(Lana) Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu met here on Thursday Libyan Foreign and International Affairs Minister Najla Al Mangoush to discuss relations between the two countries.

The Anadolu News Agency quoted Cavusoglu as saying in a tweet ‘we discussed with our guest Foreign Minister of sisterly Libya bilateral relations and issues on the agenda of the meeting.’

The Turkish Minister reaffirmed his country’s continued contribution to stability and prosperity of Libya, and said ‘we support the holding of free, fair and trustworthy elections.’
