Tunisia and Kuwait Agree to Support Political Settlement in Libya.

Tunis, 13 October 2021(Lana) Tunisia and Kuwait have agreed on a need to support a political settlement in Libya.

This came during a phone contact between Tunisian Foreign Minister and Kuwaiti Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Ahmed Naser during which the two discussed Arab and regional issues including and foremost the political settlement in Libya and pushing of Arab and African exchange.

According to a statement by Tunisian Foreign Ministry the two sides appreciated the level of coordination between the two countries in support Arab joint cooperation, particularly as Kuwait chairs the current session of Arab Foreign Ministers Council, and also within the framework of regional and international spaces, the most recent of which the 76th Session of the UN General Assembly in New York.
