Ministry of Culture Launches ‘Women’ National Harmony Gathering’ Initiative to Push for Greater Women Participation in Public Life.

Tripoli, 11 October 2021(Lana) GNU Minister of Culture Mabrouka Toughi has taken part in the launch of ‘Women’ National Harmony Gathering’ aimed at Pushing for greater Women participation in public life.

‘The gathering is important for empowerment of women, to contribute to peace-making and to assume its role in future leadership of Libya, and to help end division and re-unite the country with a message of love and passion and healing of the wounds of the past, the Minister told the participants.

The ‘Women’ National Harmony Gathering’ Initiative was debated by women leaderships, and work teams were set up to execute the project and mechanisms of achieving the goals.
