Tripoli, October 09, 2021 (LANA) - US Ambassador and Special Envoy to Libya "Richard Norland" welcomed the signing of the Joint Military Committee (5+5), the action plan for the withdrawal of mercenaries, foreign fighters and foreign forces from Libya.

In his tweet, Ambassador Norland said that ‘’the progress made by the military leaders in the Joint Military Commission (5+5) could be a model for political leaders in reaching an agreement on the elections’’.
