International Fact-Finding Mission Chairman: Committee Made Shortlist of Countries, Militias and Mercenaries Engaged in War Crimes in Libya.
Pulbished on:Tripoli, 7 October 2021(Lana) Chairman of the independent fact-finding mission Mohamed Ojar has said that the committee has made a shortlist of countries, militias and foreign mercenaries who were engaged in war crimes and crimes against humanity in Libya.
In a press interview on Thursday Ojar said the shortlist is at the disposal of the UN and all international criminal investigation mechanisms.
Outlining the report of the Committee at the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva, Ojar said the committee will publish the names of those involved in the crimes when the investigations are completed.
