The PM pays a visit to Gharyan Municipality and announces the implementation of a number of development projects in the municipality in the sectors of health, education, housing and utilities.

Gharyan, September 25, 2021 (LANA) - The Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdel Hamid Dbaiba, expressed his happiness and the ministerial delegation accompanying him to visit the municipality of Gharyan, stressing that he will visit all cities and regions in Libya to determine directly the needs of citizens and provide them.

In a speech he delivered on the occasion of his visit to the municipality, Dbaiba said, "I am honored to be in the capital of the mountain, the city that had a distinguished impact during the February 17 revolution and the sacrifices made by its sons, and that history will be written in golden letters and record these sacrifices."

"We will not forget the wounded youth who defended our people, and we will remember them, and they and their children will be our concern," he added.

On the implemented projects and the percentages of completion in them and the others that are suspended in roads and educational and health institutions, Dbaiba stressed that these projects will take their way to implementation.

Dbaiba announced that the government, within the project to return to life, will establish a youth center in the city to help young people to work and be creative, and to allocate a number of military sites for the benefit of Gharyan municipality according to the proposal submitted by the people of Gharyan during his meeting with them on June 14, 2021, and the adoption of the economic zone in Qadamah and the implementation of the Al-Hira Jendouba road project, And Qawasim-Tarhuna and Gharyan-Nalut.

Following the speech, a number of specialists in government bodies and institutions provided explanations about the projects allocated to the municipality in the various sectors, especially in health, education, housing and utilities.
