President of the Presidential Council announces the launch of the national reconciliation project in Libya.

Tripoli, September 06, 2021  (LANA) - The President of the Presidential Council, "Mohamed Al-Manfi" announced today, Monday, the official launch of the national reconciliation project in Libya.

According to what was published by the Media Office of the Presidential Council, "Al-Manfi" congratulated the Libyan people on this occasion, praising all the efforts that were made to achieve the reconciliation that was reached today, in reference to the release of prisoners arrested in various cases, who were issued with Judicial rulings against them.

The President of the Presidential Council stressed that the decisions that were taken would not have been taken, had it not been for the real and serious desire of the Libyan people in order to turn the painful pages of the past, overcome differences, renounce division, stop the bloodshed, and put an end to its suffering. "Congratulations to the Libyan nation, the first launch National reconciliation steps that represent the true desire of everyone to put the past behind and overcome differences."

Al-Manfi urged the Libyans to rally around the homeland and build a state of citizenship by law, calling on all Libyans to work together to build a single homeland, upon which the banner of peace flutters.
