Undersecretary for Political Affairs of the Foreign Ministry is following up on Libyan investments in Central African Republic.

Bangui, 6 September , 2021 (Lana) - Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs, Mohamed Khalil Issa, completed an official working visit to the Central African Republic, during which he inspected Libyan investments in Bangui as part of the efforts of the Government of National Unity to preserve foreign investments and their assets abroad. During his visit, the Undersecretary for Political Affairs held a meeting with the President of the Central African Republic Faustin-Archange Touadera in the presence of the Prime Minister Henry Marie Dondra and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, during which they discussed activating the role of the Community of Sahel-Saharan States and the bilateral cooperation agreement between Libya and the Central African Republic on Libyan investments estimated at millions of dollars.

The Undersecretary also received Ladgo Hotel of the Libyan Foreign Investment Company ECO and inspected the lands and buildings owned by the Libyan state.
