NOC Dismiss any Connections with UAE National Hind Al Gassemi.

Tripoli, 23 May 2021(Lana) The National Oil Corporation NOC has dismissed that it has any connections with the UAE national Hind Al Gassemi, who took part in the Monaco CC Forum in the name of the NOC, denying that the afore-said had anything to do the corporation.

Following is a statement issued by NOC and posted to its SMS page on Friday:

‘SMS pages have circulated news of participation by Sheikh Hind Al Gassemi of the United Arab Emirates in the Monaco CC Forum on ‘Global Investment in Sustainable Development’, as a member of the National Oil Corporation.

The NOC would like to clarify that the afore-mentioned has no title or any connection whatsoever linking her with the National Oil Corporation in Libya.

The NOC is in the process of addressing the Foreign Ministry through the Ministry of Oil and Gas, to liaise with the Government of UAE, to establish the facts surrounding the organization which Hind Al Gassemi claims to speak on behalf and belong to, and would publish the information as soon as it get them.
