Tripoli, June 17, 2021 (LANA) - Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation for Political Affairs (Mohamed Issa) met today, Thursday, with the Greek Chargé d'Affairs (Ioannis Stama Anikos).
During the meeting, views were exchanged on all issues of concern to the two countries.
The agent welcomed the steps taken by Greece, including the reopening of the Greek Embassy in Tripoli and the Consulate General in Benghazi, noting that the relations between the two countries are in continuous development, especially after the visit of the Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsou Taxes to Libya on 04/06/2021 . As well as the visit paid by the President of the Presidential Council, Muhammad Al-Manfi, to Greece on 04/14/2021.
