Tripoli, May 18, 2021  (LANA) - President of the Presidential Council, Muhammad Almanfi, received today, Tuesday, an American delegation headed by the US Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs, Joey Hood, the US ambassador and the special envoy to Libya, Richard Norland, and a number of US State Department officials .

During the meeting, they reviewed the bilateral relations between the two countries, the course of the political process in Libya, the efforts of national reconciliation and the strengthening of the ceasefire.
