Tobruk,2 May 2021 (Lana) - President of the Presidential Council Dr. Mohamed Al-Manfi and Moussa Al-Koni, a member of the Presidency Council, yesterday received a delegation from the Tobruk Commission for Scouts and Guides.

The meeting dealt with the activities of scouts and female guides and their service and humanitarian role in the community of Tobruk, and during this meeting they confirmed their support for the scout movement.
