Presidency Council Demands That Justice Minister Follow up on Humanitarian Situation in Prisons.

Tripoli, 22 April 2021(Lana) The Head and members of Presidency Council Thursday demanded at a meeting with Justice Minister Halima Ibrahim that the Minister follow up on the humanitarian situation in prisons and rehabilitation centres and submit a detailed report on this important issue.

The Council stressed the importance of accelerating the release of prisoners detained unlawfully, and those un-convicted and indeed all detainees as soon as possible.
