ANKARA, 14 April, 2021 (Lana) - Minister of Housing and Construction in the Government of National Unity, "Abu Bakr Al-Ghawi", discussed with the Turkish Minister of Environment and Urbanization, "Murad Karum," in Ankara, discussing the development of a mechanism for the return of Turkish companies to resume their contracted projects, restore contractual balance to them, and conclude new agreements for other projects, including the completion of the third ring road.
These talks came during the visit of the national unity government headed by Eng. Abdul Hamid Al-Dabaiba to the Turkish capital, Ankara, to discuss issues of common interest and ways to enhance cooperation between the two countries.
During the talks, Al Ghawi said, "The prospects for contracting Turkish companies are ample in terms of price and the time period for delivery."
For his part, the Turkish minister assured that the companies will be contacted and all procedures will be facilitated for their return to Libya to complete their projects.
In turn, the Minister of Housing and Construction welcomed this initiative, stressing that he would provide all necessary support to these companies to carry out their tasks in all cities of Libya.
