The Undersecretary of the Ministry of the Interior for Illegal Immigration Affairs meets with the Head of the European Union Mission to assist in the Integrated Border Management (EUBAM)

Tripoli, April 11, 2021 (LANA) - The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Illegal Immigration Affairs, Mohamed Al-Shibani, met today, Sunday, with the Head of the European Union Mission for Assistance in Integrated Border Management (EUBAM), Natalina Cea , and her accompanying delegation.

The meeting dealt with aspects of cooperation and support provided by the United Nations Mission, European Union countries and all international and regional organizations in various security fields for the Central Committee, which is based on following up the aspects of cooperation provided to the Ministry of Interior.

The undersecretary commended the efforts made by the chairman and members of the committee to enhance cooperation with the European Union delegation, pointing out that the Ministry of Interior looks forward to opening horizons of cooperation with all organizations that support the ministry's strategy in all fields.

The meeting concluded with a set of results and recommendations in support of the Ministry's strategy.
