The Ministry of Interior is considering securing the transportation of fuel tanks and activating the security gates in the Western Mountain regions.
Pulbished on:Tripoli, April 01, 2021 (LANA) - The Director of the General Administration of Inspection and Follow-up, the Brigadier "Ali Altarhouni" during a visit yesterday, Wednesday, to the security directorates in the western mountainous regions, followed up the progress of work inside them.
The director of the department held a meeting during his visit with a number of directors of the security directorates in these areas, in the city of Al-Rayyaina, in the presence of the head of the fuel and gas crisis committee, officials of transport companies, and a number of notables of Zintan cities, Jadu and Alrajban.
The meeting stressed the need to activate the security gates, especially the desert patrols, and to secure the main road to maintain security.
The attendees also called for securing the transportation of fuel tanks to all stations in these areas and preventing any smuggling operations so that citizens can obtain fuel smoothly.
The attendees stressed the necessity of controlling and linking the employees of all the security services of the directorates in the Western Mountain regions.
