Russia affirms its support for the success of the elections in Libya.

MOSCOW, April 1, 2021 (LANA) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov confirmed that the Russian Federation will support and provide everything needed to help  hold the elections scheduled for Libya in December of this year, 2021, in a way that satisfies all Libyan political forces.

Lavrov added in his speech at the (Middle East Conference of the Valdai International Dialogue Club) in Moscow: "He does not know whether the timetable for the Libyan elections will be realistic under the current circumstances," according to the local news agency "Sputnik".
