University Hospital is organizing a workshop on surgical treatment of functional nervous system diseases.

 Tripoli, 1 March , 2021 (Lana) - The Department of Neurosurgery and Spine at the University Hospital, Tripoli, Monday, organized a workshop on surgical treatment of functional nervous system diseases, with the participation of doctors from various hospitals and a group of doctors specializing in brain and spine surgery.

     The scientific workshop dealt with diseases of the nervous system such as vibration disease. Epilepsy. And treatment of pain such as post-war wounds, accidents, post-operations of the spine, epilepsy, and the body's locomotor system.

 The workshop included scientific lectures during which the specialist doctors presented methods of treating pain through the clinic, which was opened on the sidelines of the workshop.

 The head of the department, Dr. Faisal Taleb, explained that the opening of this workshop came as part of the continuing medical education program to review the cases that will be treated in the clinic and the medical service in the hospital so that the benefits may be widespread.
