Al-Manafi stresses importance of tapping into Algerian experience in national reconciliation.

Tripoli, 25 February, 2021 (Lana) - The new President of the Presidency Council, Mohamed Al-Manafi, stressed the importance of Algeria's role in solving the Libyan crisis and benefiting from the Algerian experience in national reconciliation.  

This came during the Al-Manafi’s reception Thursday, in Tripoli, of the Algerian Ambassador to Libya Kamal Hegazy, in the presence of the Vice President of the Presidency Council, Abdullah Al-Lafi.

 The President of the Presidency Council praised Algeria's role in supporting the results of the dialogue between the Libyans, stressing the depth of brotherly and historical relations between the two countries.

 For his part, the Algerian ambassador stressed the importance of the historical relations between the two brotherly peoples, which are bound by blood, destiny and common borders, expressing Algeria's desire to participate in national reconciliation between the people of the same country.
