Ministry of Labour and Business People Foundation for Development are exploring possibility of employing job seekers.

 Tripoli, 21 February, 2021 (Lana) Minister of Labour and Rehabilitation, Dr. Al-Mahdi Al-Amin, met Saturday with the President of the General Assembly of the Businessmen Foundation for Development.  

During the meeting, the minister discussed the reasons that led to the inflation of job seekers and the public sector problems that prevent the employment apparatus from absorbing more employees.

A file for training persons with disabilities and providing them with job opportunities according to the percentage granted to them by Labor Relations Law No. 12 of 2010 in all administrative units was also presented, and their involvement in the private sector in line with their performance.

It was agreed to define a working mechanism according to which aspects of cooperation between the Ministry and the Foundation would be defined in various fields.
