Sanallah receives UN envoy to Libya Jan Kubis.
Pulbished on:Tripoli, 21 February, 2021 (Lana) - Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Oil Corporation, Engineer Mustafa Sanallah, received Saturday in Tripoli, the United Nations envoy to Libya Jan Kubis The meeting dealt with the role of the National Oil Corporation and its subsidiaries in increasing production and raising export rates to support the national economy, as well as corporation activities through implementing many development projects in various cities adjacent to the oil fields.
Jan Kubis affirmed that the UN mission will continue to support the Libyan economy and secure financial resources. During this meeting, the UN envoy stressed the importance of preserving the independent and neutral role of the National Oil Corporation as the only sovereign institution entrusted with the oil sector in Libya.
