Tripoli, February 20, 2021 (LANA) - The new President of the Presidency Council, Mohamed Al-Mnifi, received in Tripoli the Italian ambassador to Libya, Giuseppe Buccino, on Saturday.

During the meeting, the President of the Council stressed that achieving security and stability in Libya highlights its importance that it will positively affect the security of the Arab and European regions, indicating that the next government will be for all Libyans without exclusion or marginalization.

For his part, the Italian ambassador, Giuseppe Buccino, affirmed his country's stand by the Libyan people to reach stability.

The meeting dealt with bilateral relations and means of cooperation in various fields between the two countries.
