Stefane Dujarric: Libyan Political Dialogue Forum will take place in Switzerland early February.

New York, 31January, 2021 (Lana) - United Nations spokesperson Stephane Dujarric confirmed, Saturday, that the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum will be held in Switzerland early February, expecting that the voting will be held for the positions in the Presidential Council, consisting of 3 members, and the position of Prime Minister, in line with the roadmap adopted by the Forum in Tunis in mid-November. Dujarric said in press statements today that the primary task of the interim executive authority will be to lead Libya to the general elections scheduled for December 24 of this year and to reunify state institutions, explaining that the Acting Special Representative of the Secretary-General in Libya, Stephanie Williams, will take over the management of the forum to be held in Switzerland from 1st to 5th February.
