Italy Welcomes Unified Executive Authority Selection Mechanism.

Rome, 20 January 2021(Lana) Italy has welcomed the outcome of the vote by members of the Political Dialogue Forum on a mechanism for selecting the Unified Executive Authority, which will pave way for general elections on Dec.24, 2021. 

In a statement published by the Italian news agency Nova, the Italian Foreign Ministry said the agreement on the Unified Executive Authority Selection Mechanism, a year after the Berlin Conference was a milestone development in the political track to restore stability to the country.

Italy called on members of the political dialogue to continue to engage positively in the process to finalize the political transition.
