US ambassador to Libya discusses with UNICEF Representative issues facing health and safety of children in Libya.

Richard Orland discussed with the new UNICEF Representative,
Abdulqader Musa important work of the organization.
The meeting covered a host of issues facing health and safety of
Libyan children including vaccines shortages and safety of displaced
people, monitoring and informing about conscripted children, and
efforts to combat COVID-19.
Ambassador Norland renewed during the meeting by teleconference
emphasis of US support to UNICEF efforts in the context of the
progress realized at the Libyan political dialogue and curtailing
violence following talks led by Libya including ceasefire
declaration on 23 October.
