Al-Sarraj discusses with the Malta Foreign Minister a number of joint cooperation files.

Tripoli, November 16, 2020 (LANA) - President of the Presidency Council, Faiz Al-Sarraj, discussed today, Monday, with the Maltese Foreign Minister, "Afrist Bartolo" and his accompanying delegation, a number of joint cooperation files between the two countries. This came during a meeting held in the capital, Tripoli, in the presence of Maltese Interior Minister Byron Camilleri, Malta's ambassador to Libya, Charles Saliba, and a number of Maltese government officials. The meeting was also attended by Foreign Minister Muhammad Sayala, and Haji Dahan, Director of the European Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The meeting discussed the implementation steps for the cooperation programs agreed upon in the economic and service fields, as well as the memorandum of understanding signed between the two friendly countries in the field of combating illegal immigration. The Maltese Foreign Minister arrived Monday in the capital, Tripoli, at the head of a delegation that included a number of Maltese government officials on a visit during which he would meet with a number of Libyan officials. ...(LANA) ...
