Niamey, July 09, 2020 (Lana) - Niger's Foreign Minister, Ibrahim Yakobo, called on all parties to implement the commitments of the Berlin Conference, noting that Libya needs reconciliation, peace and prosperity, and does not need more weapons and fighting.
