President of Mali: Libyan Crisis Has Massive Impact on Sahel Countries.

Bamako, 11 December 2019(Lana) President Ibrahim Boubacar Keita
has attributed the terror threat in the Sahel courtiers to the crisis
in Libya, poverty and lack of development means.
Speaking before the 'River of Senegal Investment' conference,
Keita said peace and security are vital for development in any
country and any region.'
The conference was attended by Presidents of Mauritania, Guinea.
The Malian President noted the collective and individual efforts
being made by the regional countries, but said the scourge of
terrorism still threatens development efforts, indicating that the
affected countries spend between 18 and 32% of their budgets on
security.
Sahel countries share same attitude to tension factors.
According to President Debi of Chad 'the battle against terror passes
through settlement of the Libyan crisis'.
