Belgian UN Representative: Arms Embargo in Libya is Violated by UN Members.

New York, 20 November 2019(Lana) Belgian Representative at the
UN Marc Pecsteen has stressed the need to a ceasefire in Libya
without conditions, and a return to the talks to end the Libyan
crisis.
In remarks before the UN Security Council session on Libya,
Pecsteen said the arms embargo was being violated by members of the
UN, calling on all countries to respect international resolutions on
arms embargo to Libya.
