Tripoli, 19 November 2019(Lana) GNA Minister of Local Government Milad Al Taher and Italian Ambassador to Libya and the Chairman of Central Committee for Local Councils Election on Monday signed the competence document of the Guiding Committee for Development of Capacity of Central and Local Libyan Authorities to improve services in the country. According to the Ministry of Local Government website, the Minister of Local Government chaired a meeting of the Guiding Committee for Development of Capacity of Central and Local Libyan Authorities to improve services which is funded by the Italian Foreign Ministry and executed by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation, with the participation of the Italian Ambassador. =Lana=
