Tripoli, 23.05.2015 - (Lana) - Members of anti-illegal immigration
service in Tripoli branch , today Saturday , had arrested '580'
illegal immigrants from different African nationalities.
Service branch chief 'Mohamed Salem Khoja' said to - Lana - that the
migrants who were arrested in Abu-Saleem area , were ready to sail to
Europe , possessing developed 'GBS' devices , and Thuraya cell phones
for communications on the open sea.
Khoja , said that the arrest operation came after the 'branch
detectives' had stormed immigration hidings in Tajura , Ghot
al-Sha'al and Abu-Saleem areas. Saying that the investigation are
still on with the arrested migrants , to reveal more hiding places of
illegal immigrants.
He pointed out that , the today arrested migrants' are from ,
"Gambia , Senegal , Mali , Eretria and Somalia" , and some other
nationalities.
