French UN Representative: Continued Escalation in Libya Threatens Peace Efforts.

Security Council has said that the status quo in Libya threatens
peace effort, particularly in respect of human rights violations and
trafficking, calling on Libyan parties to return to the negotiating
table, and proceed to implement the provisions of Paris, Palermo and
Abu Dhabi agreements.
In remarks during UN Security Council session on Libya on
Wednesday, she renewed her country's support for the UN Special Envoy
to Libya Ghasan Salame and his plan, noting French involvement in
ministerial meetings and the G7 Summit and Berlin Conference to
resolve the Libyan crisis.
The French Representative touched on the crimes committed in
Libya since 2011 including those by ISIS, calling on local and
international parties to confront impunity.
